The Multiquip 0791629175 Upper Gasket Kit D640 is a genuine OEM Upper Gasket Kit designed for D640 series equipment. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this kit delivers the exact materials and tolerances required to maintain a proper seal across the upper engine assembly. It is a direct match for D640 machines, ensuring correct fitment without guesswork. Keeping a verified OEM kit on hand means faster turnaround when a gasket service is due.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Sealing Materials — Manufactured to the same material and compression specifications as the original gaskets, ensuring consistent sealing performance across the upper engine assembly.
- Complete Upper Assembly Coverage — Includes the full set of gaskets needed for the upper engine, so one kit covers the entire service without sourcing individual pieces separately.
- Direct Fitment for D640 Equipment — Engineered specifically for the D640 series, each gasket in the kit aligns to OEM dimensions for a correct, leak-free install.
- Preserves Engine Compression and Sealing Integrity — Worn or damaged upper gaskets allow combustion gases and fluids to escape, robbing the engine of power and accelerating internal wear; replacing with this kit restores proper sealing.
- Genuine Multiquip OEM Part — Supplied as an authentic Multiquip component, backed by OEM quality assurance for the D640 platform.
The upper gasket kit seals the critical joints between the cylinder head, block, and related upper engine components. These gaskets must withstand high heat, pressure cycles, and coolant or oil exposure to keep combustion gases contained and fluids from mixing or leaking externally. When upper gaskets fail or deteriorate, the result is typically lost compression, overheating, oil or coolant leaks, and progressive internal engine damage — making timely replacement with a correct-spec kit essential to keeping the engine running at full capacity.
