The Multiquip 0791629615 Gasket Kit Lower V1902 is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA-15SPX ultra-silent diesel generator. As a direct OEM replacement, this kit is manufactured to the same specifications as the original, ensuring a correct fit within the V1902 engine assembly. Sourced through Multiquip's authorized parts channel, the part is the right part to reach for when performing a lower engine gasket service on DCA-15SPX equipment.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Sealing Integrity — Each gasket in this kit is produced to exact material thickness and compression specifications for the V1902 engine, maintaining proper combustion chamber and oil gallery sealing.
- Complete Lower Engine Coverage — The kit includes all gaskets required for a lower engine service, so you can complete the job without sourcing individual pieces separately.
- Direct Application for DCA-15SPX — Engineered specifically for the DCA-15SPX ultra-silent generator with the V1902 engine, ensuring every gasket aligns with the correct mating surfaces.
- Prevents Oil and Combustion Leaks — Worn or damaged lower engine gaskets allow oil seepage and combustion blow-by; replacing them with OEM-spec components restores proper engine containment and pressure.
- Supports Extended Engine Service Life — Using the correct OEM gasket kit during a lower engine rebuild protects bearing journals, crankshaft surfaces, and block interfaces from contamination and pressure loss.
The lower engine gasket kit seals the critical interfaces between the engine block, oil pan, and related lower assembly components on the V1902 diesel engine. These gaskets maintain oil containment and ensure combustion gases stay within their designed pathways, both of which are essential to stable generator output and engine longevity. When lower gaskets deteriorate or fail, oil leaks and pressure loss can lead to accelerated wear across the engine's rotating assembly, making timely replacement with a genuine OEM kit the correct course of action.
