The Multiquip 1157802021 Fuel Injection Pump Coupling Assembly is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA250SSI ultra-silent diesel generator series. This is a direct-source Multiquip part, manufactured to the exact specifications required for proper fuel injection pump alignment and drive engagement on the DCA250SSI. Sourced directly through authorized Multiquip supply channels, this assembly ensures a correct, confident fit with no guesswork on compatibility. DHS Equipment stocks this genuine OEM part ready to fulfill your replacement needs.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's exact tolerances for the fuel injection pump drive interface, ensuring proper torque transfer and alignment on the DCA250SSI.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered as a drop-in assembly for the DCA250SSI ultra-silent diesel generator, matching the original mounting configuration and coupling geometry.
- DCA250SSI Series Compatibility — Confirmed fitment for the Multiquip DCA250SSI ultra-silent diesel generator platform.
- Fuel System Integrity — A correctly functioning coupling assembly maintains consistent injection pump timing and drive speed, which is critical for stable generator output and efficient fuel combustion.
- Full Assembly Supplied — Supplied as a complete coupling assembly, so all interfacing components are matched and balanced from the outset rather than sourced individually.
The fuel injection pump coupling assembly connects the engine's drive system to the fuel injection pump, transmitting rotational force that keeps injection timing synchronized with engine speed. When this coupling is worn or damaged, the injection pump can lose drive consistency, leading to rough running, poor fuel delivery, misfires, or a generator that fails to maintain stable power output. Replacing this assembly with a genuine Multiquip part restores proper mechanical engagement and protects the integrity of the fuel injection system on the DCA250SSI.
