The Multiquip 12910042051 is a genuine OEM Non-Asbestos Gasket 3Tne88 designed for the STXD6i and HTXD6i hydrostatic ride-on power trowels. As a direct OEM replacement, this gasket is manufactured to the same specifications as the original part, ensuring a proper seal and correct fitment on the 3Tne88 engine. Sourced directly through Multiquip's authorized parts network, 12910042051 is the correct part for STXD6i and HTXD6i machines requiring gasket service or engine maintenance. DHS Equipment stocks genuine Multiquip OEM parts so you can get your trowel back in service with confidence.
Key Features
- Asbestos-Free Sealing Material — Engineered with a non-asbestos composition that meets modern safety and environmental standards for engine gasket applications.
- Genuine OEM Component — Sourced directly from Multiquip, this gasket is produced to the same tolerances and material grades as the part originally installed on the 3Tne88 engine.
- Direct Engine Application — Engineered specifically for the 3Tne88 engine, dropping in at the correct sealing surface with no rework or re-machining needed.
- Confirmed Fitment — Compatible with the STXD6i and HTXD6i hydrostatic ride-on power trowel models.
- Maintains Combustion Seal Integrity — A properly seated gasket prevents combustion gas leakage and coolant or oil migration between mating surfaces, keeping the engine running at full efficiency.
A gasket forms a pressure-tight seal between two mating engine surfaces — such as the cylinder head, exhaust manifold, or other engine covers — preventing gases, coolant, or oil from escaping between those joints. On a diesel engine like the 3Tne88, gasket integrity is critical to maintaining correct compression and preventing cross-contamination of fluids. When a gasket fails or degrades, it can lead to loss of compression, overheating, oil leaks, or white and blue exhaust smoke, all of which signal the need for immediate replacement.
