As a direct OEM replacement, this pipe delivers the correct fitment and material specification required to maintain proper fuel injection system integrity on DCA-15SPX series equipment. Sourced directly through authorized Multiquip channels, part number 1546953720 ensures you are installing the correct component the first time. DHS Equipment stocks this part to keep your generator operating at full capacity when it matters most.
Key Features
- OEM Fuel System Integrity — Manufactured to the exact material grade and dimensional spec required for the DCA-15SPX injection circuit, ensuring proper fuel delivery without leaks or pressure loss.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to connect directly into the V1902B engine fuel injection system with no adaptation or modification to existing fittings.
- Confirmed Fitment — Compatible with DCA-15SPX ultra-silent diesel generators equipped with the V1902B engine platform.
- Sustained Generator Output — A correctly functioning injection pipe maintains consistent fuel flow to the injectors, supporting steady voltage output and protecting load-sensitive equipment connected to the generator.
- Fuel System Safety — A cracked or deteriorated injection pipe can cause fuel leaks under pressure, creating a fire hazard. Replacing with a genuine OEM pipe eliminates that risk.
The injection pipe is a pressurized fuel delivery line that routes diesel from the injection pump to the individual fuel injectors on the V1902B engine. It must withstand high cyclic pressure pulses with every injection event, and any crack, pinhole, or fitting failure will disrupt fuel delivery, causing rough running, power loss, or a complete no-start condition. Over time, vibration and heat cycling cause injection pipes to fatigue, making timely replacement with the correct OEM part critical to keeping a diesel generator like the DCA-15SPX producing clean, stable power.
