The Multiquip 1960000030 MQ304CE Impeller is a genuine OEM component designed for the MQ304CE concrete pump. Sourced directly through Multiquip's authorized parts network, this impeller meets the exact specifications required for proper pump operation on MQ304CE equipment. If you're experiencing reduced output, inconsistent flow, or pump inefficiency, replacing the impeller with the correct OEM part is a critical first step to restoring full performance.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's exact material and dimensional tolerances for the MQ304CE impeller position, ensuring proper hydraulic performance within the pump housing.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered as a drop-in replacement for the MQ304CE, matching the original mounting interface and blade geometry for a straightforward swap during scheduled maintenance or emergency repair.
- MQ304CE Compatibility — Confirmed fitment for the Multiquip MQ304CE concrete pump series, eliminating guesswork when sourcing replacement pump components.
- Sustained Pump Output — A correctly spec'd impeller maintains consistent concrete flow rate and pressure; a worn or damaged impeller causes slippage, cavitation, and a measurable drop in throughput that slows the entire pour.
- OEM Part Number 1960000030 — Cross-reference this number against your MQ304CE parts manual to confirm this is the correct impeller for your unit before ordering.
The impeller is the rotating core of a concrete pump's fluid end — its vanes accelerate material through the pump housing and push it toward the discharge point. When the impeller wears, chips, or loses dimensional integrity, the pump loses the ability to move concrete efficiently, often showing up as pressure loss, surging output, or complete pump failure under load. Keeping a quality OEM impeller installed in your MQ304CE is essential to maintaining consistent production rates on any concrete placement job.
