The Multiquip 2276025111 Fuel Tank MVC-77 is a genuine OEM component designed for the MVC-77 single directional plate compactor. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this tank is manufactured to the exact dimensions and specifications of the original part, ensuring a correct, trouble-free installation. If your MVC-77 is showing signs of a cracked, leaking, or damaged fuel tank, part number 2276025111 is the direct OEM replacement to restore your machine to full working order.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the same material and capacity specifications as the original tank fitted to MVC-77 compactors at the factory, ensuring consistent fuel delivery and sealing integrity.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Matches the original mounting points, inlet and outlet port positions, and bracket interface of the MVC-77, allowing straightforward swap-out without modification.
- Confirmed MVC-77 Fitment — Verified for Multiquip MVC-77 single directional plate compactors; check your model code before ordering to ensure compatibility.
- Fuel System Integrity — A sound, properly sealed fuel tank maintains steady fuel supply to the engine, preventing lean-running conditions, stalling, or fuel contamination that can accelerate engine wear.
- Fuel Safety Compliance — A compromised or cracked fuel tank creates a fire and spill hazard on the worksite; replacing it with a genuine OEM unit restores safe, code-compliant fuel containment.
The fuel tank on a plate compactor stores and supplies gasoline to the engine throughout the compaction cycle. It must maintain a leak-free seal under vibration and heat — conditions that are especially demanding on compaction equipment. A cracked, corroded, or deteriorating tank can cause fuel leaks, inconsistent engine fueling, or unexpected shutdowns mid-operation. Replacing a worn tank promptly with a correct OEM unit like Multiquip 2276025111 keeps fuel delivery consistent and eliminates the safety risks associated with uncontrolled fuel exposure on an active worksite.
