Throttle control levers on the MTX series machines control the flow of fuel from the tank to the engine. A damaged throttle control lever can cause fuel issues within the system and is a common point of failure. Internal components can be purchased individually, but in most cases it is simpler to replace the entire throttle control lever. Before you purchase this you may want to check other possible failure points in your fuel system that may be causing the issue such as a clogged fuel line or fuel valve, carburetor issues, or even a damaged fuel tank cap. If fuel is still not freely flowing past the fuel valve this is the part you will need.
