DHS Equipment stocks this part to get your machine back in service quickly.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's original design tolerances, ensuring the plate matches the exact profile and material grade of the part it replaces.
- Direct Bolt-On Replacement — Engineered to align with existing mounting points on MDR-9 series trowels, making installation straightforward for any qualified technician.
- Confirmed Fitment — Compatible with MDR-9DYE, MDR-9GH, and MDR-9D ride-on power trowels; always verify your model before ordering.
- Structural Integrity — Maintains proper blade assembly alignment and housing rigidity, which directly affects trowel surface finish quality and overall machine balance.
- Prevents Operational Degradation — A cracked, worn, or missing side plate can cause misalignment of rotating components and accelerate wear on adjacent parts — this genuine replacement stops that cycle.
The right side plate is a structural housing component on a ride-on power trowel that encloses and supports the blade rotor assembly on the right-hand side of the machine. It maintains the correct positional relationship between the rotating blades and the machine frame, which is critical for achieving a level, consistent finish on concrete surfaces. When this plate is damaged or missing, blade alignment suffers, the machine can vibrate unevenly, and surrounding components are exposed to accelerated wear.
