Multiquip 6008152970 Heater Relay

The Multiquip 6008152970 Heater Relay is a genuine OEM component designed for DCA-150SSKII, DCA150SSK2, and DCA180SSK-GEER ultra-silent diesel generators. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this relay meets the exact electrical specifications required by the original design. Keeping this component in proper working order ensures your generator's heating circuit operates as intended across all load and temperature conditions. DHS Equipment stocks this part to support fast, accurate servicing of your Multiquip super-silent generator fleet.

Key Features

• Correct Switching Specs — Genuine OEM construction ensures the relay delivers the precise coil voltage, contact rating, and switching response required by the heater circuit on these generator models.
• Direct-Swap Installation — Engineered as an exact replacement that mounts and connects to the original relay position without modification to wiring harnesses or brackets.
• Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA-150SSKII, DCA150SSK2, and DCA180SSK-GEER ultra-silent diesel generator models.
• Heater Circuit Integrity — A functioning heater relay ensures the generator's heating element activates correctly; a failed relay can prevent cold-weather starting or cause uncontrolled heater operation.
• Electrical Safety Compliance — As a switching component in the generator's electrical system, using the correct OEM-spec relay helps maintain safe circuit operation and prevents overload conditions in the heater circuit.

The heater relay is an electromechanical switching device that controls power delivery to the generator's internal heater circuit. On super-silent diesel generators like the DCA series, this circuit is responsible for warming critical engine or enclosure components to support reliable starting and stable operation in cold conditions. When the relay fails, the heater circuit may not energize at all, or may remain energized continuously, both of which can affect engine performance and component longevity.
