The Multiquip 6151134420 is a genuine OEM Hose SAA6D125E-5 DCA-300SSK4 designed for the DCA-300SSK4 ultra-silent diesel generator. As a direct Multiquip OEM part, 6151134420 is manufactured to the exact material and dimensional specifications required by the SAA6D125E-5 engine fitted to this unit. This hose is sourced directly through Multiquip's authorized parts network and sold by DHS Equipment to ensure you receive the correct component for your machine. If your DCA-300SSK4 is due for service or showing signs of hose wear, this is the right replacement to specify.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Material Construction — Built to the same material and pressure tolerances as the original hose, ensuring correct flow characteristics and a secure seal within the SAA6D125E-5 engine system.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to match the original routing, end fittings, and attachment points on the DCA-300SSK4, allowing straightforward installation without modification.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for use on the DCA-300SSK4 ultra-silent generator equipped with the Komatsu SAA6D125E-5 diesel engine.
- Protects Engine Cooling and Fluid Systems — A correctly seated hose maintains proper fluid transfer and pressure integrity; a cracked or deteriorated hose can lead to overheating, fluid loss, or unplanned downtime on large-format generator sets.
- Fuel System and Fluid Integrity — Using the genuine OEM hose ensures the correct inner diameter and wall thickness are maintained, preventing leaks that can create fire risk or contaminate surrounding components.
A hose in this application serves as a critical conduit for fluid transfer within the SAA6D125E-5 engine system, whether routing coolant, fuel, or other operational fluids between components. When a hose degrades — through cracking, swelling, or end-fitting failure — it compromises the pressure and flow the engine depends on to operate safely at rated load. Replacing a worn hose promptly with the correct OEM part keeps fluid circuits sealed and the generator running at full capacity.
