The Multiquip 6182022304 Hose Drain DCA-60SSIT is a genuine OEM drain hose designed for the DCA-60SSIT ultra-silent diesel generator. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this part meets the exact specifications of the original component installed at the factory. It is a direct-fit replacement confirmed for the DCA-60SSIT, ensuring proper routing, connection, and sealing without modification. Keeping this hose in good working condition is essential to maintaining clean, controlled fluid drainage on the generator.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's original material and dimensional specifications, ensuring the hose maintains correct flexibility and resistance to fluid exposure over time.
- Direct Replacement for DCA-60SSIT — Engineered specifically for the DCA-60SSIT ultra-silent generator, connecting to the original drain points without rework or adapter fittings.
- Confirmed DCA-60SSIT Fitment — Validated for use on the DCA-60SSIT series, eliminating guesswork when sourcing a like-for-like service part.
- Maintains Proper Drainage Flow — A correctly functioning drain hose allows fluids to be routed and discharged cleanly; a cracked or deteriorated hose can cause pooling, contamination, or uncontrolled leaks inside the enclosure.
- Supports Generator Enclosure Integrity — Proper drain hose function is critical to keeping fluids away from sensitive electrical and mechanical components housed within the ultra-silent canopy.
A drain hose on an ultra-silent generator like the DCA-60SSIT is responsible for routing fluids — such as condensation, coolant overflow, or service drainage — safely away from internal components and out of the enclosed canopy. Because these generators are designed with tight, sound-dampening enclosures, any hose failure can allow fluid to accumulate in areas where it can damage electrical systems or accelerate corrosion. Replacing a worn or cracked drain hose promptly keeps the enclosure clean and the generator operating as intended.
