The Multiquip 6212K69902 is a genuine OEM Water Pump Repair Kit designed for the DCA-275SPK ultra-silent diesel generator series. This kit delivers everything needed to restore proper cooling system circulation to OEM specification, sourced directly from Multiquip to ensure an exact match to the original components. Verified for the DCA-275SPK, part number 6212K69902 eliminates the guesswork of sourcing individual repair components separately. DHS Equipment stocks this kit so you can get your generator back in service without delay.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Cooling System Integrity — Every component in this kit is manufactured to the same tolerances and material grades as the original water pump parts, ensuring proper sealing pressure and coolant flow performance.
- Complete Repair Solution — Bundles all necessary water pump repair components into a single kit, so you avoid piecemeal ordering and get a full, matched set for the repair.
- Direct-Fit for DCA-275SPK — Engineered specifically for the DCA-275SPK ultra-silent generator; components align and seat to the existing pump housing without adaptation.
- Protects Engine from Overheating — A properly rebuilt water pump maintains consistent coolant circulation, preventing thermal damage to the engine during extended generator operation.
- Fuel System and Electrical Safety Compliance — Maintaining the cooling system on a diesel generator is critical to safe, continuous operation; using genuine OEM repair components supports correct thermal management under load.
The water pump is responsible for circulating coolant through the engine to regulate operating temperature. On a diesel generator like the DCA-275SPK, sustained load output generates significant heat, and the water pump must function reliably to prevent overheating, coolant loss, or engine damage. When the water pump seals, impeller, or internal components wear out, coolant circulation drops off, temperatures rise, and the generator may shut down or sustain damage. Rebuilding with a genuine OEM kit restores the pump to its original flow capacity and sealing performance.
