The Multiquip 7451865503 Output Terminal Cover is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA60SSAI ultra-silent diesel generator. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this cover is an exact match for the original part and installs without modification, ensuring a secure, proper fit over the output terminal block. Verified compatible with DCA60SSAI series units, this is the correct replacement when the original cover is cracked, missing, or damaged.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the same material and dimensional standards as the original, ensuring the cover seats flush and locks correctly over the terminal housing.
- Direct-Fit for DCA60SSAI — Engineered specifically for the DCA60SSAI ultra-silent generator; clips or fastens into the original mounting points without adaptation.
- Electrical Hazard Protection — Shields live output terminals from accidental contact, debris, and moisture — a critical safety barrier on any active generator installation.
- Protects Terminal Integrity — A properly fitted cover prevents corrosion and contamination on output connections, maintaining clean, low-resistance contact surfaces over time.
- Exact Part Number Match — Ordering by part number 7451865503 confirms you receive the correct cover for your specific DCA60SSAI unit — no guesswork on fitment.
The output terminal cover is a protective enclosure that fits over the generator's main power output terminals — the connection points where load cables or distribution panels are attached. Its primary role is to guard against accidental contact with energized terminals during and after installation, as well as to keep dust, moisture, and debris away from the connection points. When the cover is cracked, broken, or absent, the terminals are left exposed, creating both a safety risk for operators and a potential source of corrosion that can degrade electrical connections over time.
