The Multiquip B1311500203 is a genuine OEM Hose Radiator DCA-15SPX3 designed for the DCA15SPX3 ultra-silent diesel generator. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose is manufactured to the exact material grade, diameter, and routing specification of the original component, ensuring a proper seal and consistent coolant flow. Sourced directly through Multiquip's authorized parts network, the part is the correct part for maintaining your DCA15SPX3 in peak operating condition.
Key Features
- OEM Coolant Hose Construction — Engineered to the same internal diameter, wall thickness, and heat-resistant compound as the factory-installed hose, maintaining proper pressure and flow characteristics throughout the cooling circuit.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Matches the original hose routing and connection points on the DCA15SPX3, allowing straightforward installation without trimming or adapters.
- Confirmed Fitment for DCA15SPX3 — Verified for the DCA15SPX3 ultra-silent diesel generator series, so you can order with confidence.
- Sustained Cooling System Integrity — A properly sealing radiator hose keeps coolant circulating at the correct pressure; a cracked or deteriorated hose leads to coolant loss, overheating, and unplanned shutdown during extended generator operation.
- Fuel System and Thermal Safety — In a diesel generator running extended hours, maintaining secure coolant connections is critical to preventing thermal runaway and protecting the engine from heat damage.
The radiator hose carries coolant between the engine block and the radiator, allowing heat generated during combustion to be transferred away from the engine and dissipated into the air. Without a fully intact hose, coolant pressure drops, circulation is compromised, and the engine runs the risk of overheating — which can cause significant internal damage, especially during the long duty cycles common with generator applications. Replacing a worn or leaking hose with the correct OEM part like the Multiquip B1311500203 restores the cooling circuit to its intended operating condition and protects the generator's engine investment.
