The Multiquip M2213600803 Switch Bracket is a genuine OEM Switch Bracket designed for the DCA70USI ultra-silent diesel generator. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this bracket ensures the correct mounting position and secure retention of the switch assembly — exactly as the machine was built. It is confirmed compatible with the DCA70USI and meets the original design intent without any guesswork on fitment.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction: — Manufactured to Multiquip's original design tolerances, ensuring correct bracket geometry and hardware alignment for the switch assembly.
- Direct-Fit Replacement: — Matches the original mounting points on DCA70USI generators, allowing straightforward bolt-on installation without rework or modification.
- Confirmed DCA70USI Fitment: — Verified for use on the Multiquip DCA70USI ultra-silent diesel generator series.
- Structural Integrity for Switchgear: — A properly seated switch bracket holds controls firmly in position, preventing contact misalignment, switch movement under vibration, and potential control failure during operation.
- Electrical Safety Relevance: — Correct bracket positioning is critical for maintaining proper switch actuation and preventing unintended electrical contact shifts in a generator control panel environment.
The Switch Bracket is a structural mounting component that holds the generator's switch in a fixed, precise position within the control panel or housing. It keeps the switch aligned with its actuator and wiring connections so the control functions reliably every time the machine is operated. When this bracket is damaged, cracked, or missing, the switch can shift out of position — leading to intermittent operation, difficult engagement, or contact failure that takes the generator offline.
