The Multiquip M2463000402 Roof Panel is a genuine OEM component designed for DCA-70SSJU3 and DCA70SSJU2 series super-silent diesel generators. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this panel delivers an exact match to the original unit, ensuring correct fitment and full restoration of the enclosure's structural integrity. It is confirmed compatible with the DCA-70SSJU3 and DCA70SSJU2 generator models, making it the trusted choice for operators and service technicians working on these units.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's original design tolerances, ensuring the panel aligns correctly with the enclosure frame and adjoining panels without gaps or misfit.
- Direct Enclosure Replacement — Mounts to the same attachment points as the original roof panel, allowing straightforward swap-out during service or repair.
- Confirmed Generator Fitment — Compatible with DCA-70SSJU3 and DCA70SSJU2 super-silent generator models.
- Sound Attenuation Support — Restores the full integrity of the acoustic enclosure, allowing the generator to operate at its designed noise-reduction level.
- Weather and Environmental Protection — As the uppermost enclosure panel, this component shields internal generator components from rain, debris, and environmental exposure, directly protecting the engine and alternator below.
The roof panel forms the top section of the generator's acoustic enclosure, serving a dual purpose: it protects the internal engine and electrical components from weather and physical damage, and it completes the sound-dampening enclosure that gives super-silent generators their low operating noise levels. A damaged or missing roof panel exposes critical internals to moisture and debris, which can lead to accelerated wear or component failure. Replacing a compromised panel promptly keeps the enclosure intact and the generator performing as intended.
