Multiquip ME059491 Radiator Hose DCA-150SSM

The Multiquip ME059491 Radiator Hose DCA-150SSM is a genuine OEM cooling system component designed for the DCA-150SSM ultra-silent diesel generator. As an authorized Multiquip replacement part, ME059491 is manufactured to the same specifications as the original, ensuring a proper seal and correct routing within the DCA-150SSM cooling circuit. Sourced directly through DHS Equipment, this hose ships as an exact match for the factory-installed unit — no guesswork on fitment.

Key Features

• OEM-Grade Coolant Containment — Constructed to the same material and pressure tolerances as the original hose, maintaining a leak-free seal under sustained engine operating temperatures.
• Direct-Fit for DCA-150SSM — Molded to match the factory routing and end dimensions of the DCA-150SSM cooling system, connecting to existing hose fittings without rework or adaptation.
• Confirmed Fitment — Verified for the DCA-150SSM ultra-silent generator series; always cross-reference ME059491 against your serial plate before ordering.
• Coolant Flow Integrity — A sound radiator hose keeps coolant circulating at the correct pressure and volume; a cracked or collapsed hose can cause overheating and unplanned generator shutdown on the job.
• Genuine Multiquip Part — Sold by DHS Equipment as an authorized Multiquip OEM replacement, backed by the manufacturer's part accuracy and quality standards.

The radiator hose carries engine coolant between the engine block and the radiator, allowing heat absorbed from the engine to be transferred and dissipated before the coolant cycles back through. On a generator like the DCA-150SSM, which is designed for extended continuous operation, the cooling circuit is critical to maintaining stable output and protecting the engine from thermal damage. When a radiator hose ages, hardens, or develops cracks, coolant loss and overheating follow quickly — making timely replacement essential to keeping the generator running at full capacity.
