Key Features
- OEM Fuel System Integrity — Built to original design tolerances, ensuring the pump delivers the correct fuel pressure and flow rate required by the TAD520GE engine.
- Direct OEM Replacement — Designed as a drop-in replacement that connects directly to the existing fuel lines and mounting points on the TAD520GE without modification.
- Confirmed TAD520GE Fitment — Verified for use on TAD520GE series equipment, so you can order with confidence knowing this is the correct part for your machine.
- Consistent Fuel Delivery — A properly functioning fuel pump maintains steady fuel pressure to the engine, supporting smooth starts, stable running, and full power output under load.
- Fuel System Safety — A worn or failing fuel pump can cause lean running conditions, hard starts, or unexpected shutdowns on the job — replacing with a genuine OEM part restores safe, predictable fuel system operation.
The fuel pump is responsible for drawing fuel from the tank and delivering it at the correct pressure to the engine's fuel system. On equipment like the TAD520GE, a functioning fuel pump is essential for reliable starts, smooth throttle response, and consistent power output. When the fuel pump begins to fail, symptoms can include hard starting, engine surging, loss of power under load, or the engine cutting out entirely — making timely replacement critical to keeping the machine operational.
