The Multiquip 0805003904 Battery Sheet is a genuine OEM component designed for Multiquip DCA ultra-silent diesel generator models, including the DCA40SSAI, DCA60SSAI, DCA60SSI2, and DCA40SSI. As a direct OEM replacement, it is built to the same specifications as the original part, ensuring a proper fit within the generator's battery retention system. Sourced directly through authorized channels, this part is the correct choice for restoring your DCA series generator to full factory condition.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Material Integrity — Constructed to the same material grade and dimensional tolerances as the original, ensuring the battery sheet performs its protective and retention function without compromise.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Designed to seat and secure exactly as the original component does within the battery compartment, with no reworking of mounting points or hardware needed.
- Confirmed Generator Fitment — Compatible with DCA40SSAI, DCA60SSAI, DCA60SSI2, and DCA40SSI ultra-silent diesel generator models.
- Protects Battery Installation — Keeps the battery properly positioned and insulated within the enclosure, preventing movement or contact issues that can lead to electrical faults or starting failures.
- Supports Long-Term Generator Reliability — Replacing a worn or damaged battery sheet maintains the integrity of the battery mounting system, helping the generator start consistently and operate as intended.
The battery sheet is a protective and retention component housed within the generator's battery compartment. It serves to cushion, insulate, and secure the battery in place, preventing unwanted movement during transport or operation that could cause vibration damage or terminal contact issues. When this component deteriorates or becomes damaged, the battery may shift within its housing, increasing the risk of poor electrical contact, accelerated terminal wear, or intermittent starting problems across the DCA generator lineup.
