The Multiquip 22808 Wire Assembly 55" Positive 6 GA is a genuine OEM electrical component designed for Whiteman ride-on power trowel models STXD6i and HTXD6i. As a direct OEM replacement, part 22808 is built to the exact length, gauge, and terminal specification required by these hydrostatic trowels — ensuring a correct, like-for-like installation without modification. Sourced directly through the Multiquip OEM supply chain, this wire assembly delivers the electrical integrity your machine depends on. Confirm your model code before ordering to ensure compatibility with your specific unit.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Conductor Spec: — Built to the correct 6 GA positive wire gauge, maintaining the current-carrying capacity required for proper electrical system function on these hydrostatic trowels.
- Exact 55" Length: — Pre-cut to the precise 55-inch length for a direct, properly routed installation with correct terminal reach and no splicing.
- Positive Circuit Replacement: — Serves the positive side of the electrical circuit, making correct polarity and terminal integrity critical — this assembly meets those requirements as supplied.
- Confirmed Fitment: — Verified for Whiteman STXD6i and HTXD6i ride-on power trowels; use your model code to confirm compatibility before purchase.
- Electrical System Integrity: — A worn or damaged positive wire can cause intermittent starting failures, voltage drop, or total loss of electrical function; replacing with the correct OEM assembly restores full circuit reliability.
- Genuine OEM Part: — Part number 22808 is a factory Multiquip component, not an approximation — terminals, insulation grade, and conductor length match the original fitment exactly.
The Wire Assembly 55" Positive 6 GA carries positive electrical current from the battery or power source to downstream components within the trowel's electrical system. The 6-gauge conductor is sized to handle the current demands of the machine without excessive resistance or heat buildup. When this wire degrades — through abrasion, corrosion, or connector failure — the result can range from unreliable starting and voltage loss to a complete electrical fault that takes the machine out of service.
