The Multiquip M2311500303 is a genuine OEM Lower Inner-Cooler Hose designed for DCA70SSJU4F, DCA70SSJU4i, and DCA125SSJU4i ultra-silent diesel generator models. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose is manufactured to the exact routing dimensions and material specifications required for proper charge-air cooling circuit function. Confirm your model code against the fitment list before ordering to ensure an exact match for your generator configuration.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Construction — Built to the pressure rating and heat resistance required for charge-air cooling circuits in diesel generator applications.
- Drop-In Replacement — Matches the original hose routing and end connections on compatible DCA-series generators, allowing straightforward installation without reworking adjacent components.
- Broad DCA Series Fitment — Confirmed for DCA70SSJU4F, DCA70SSJU4i, and DCA125SSJU4i ultra-silent generator models, including both 60Hz configurations.
- Sustained Cooling Efficiency — A sound inner-cooler hose maintains consistent airflow through the charge-air cooling system, supporting stable engine output and preventing heat-related power loss during extended generator runs.
- Genuine Multiquip Part — Supplied as authentic OEM stock under part number M2311500303, ensuring full traceability and compatibility with Multiquip service documentation.
The lower inner-cooler hose is part of the charge-air cooling circuit that carries compressed air from the turbocharger to the intercooler, reducing intake air temperature before it enters the engine. Cooler, denser intake air allows the diesel engine to burn fuel more efficiently and maintain rated power output under load. When this hose cracks, collapses, or develops a leak, boost pressure drops, the engine may run hot or lose power, and extended operation under those conditions can lead to accelerated wear on internal components.
