The Multiquip M3453004303 Side Door is a genuine OEM replacement designed for DCA85USJ2 and DCA150USJ2 ultra-silent diesel generators. As a direct OEM component, it is manufactured to the same specifications as the original part, ensuring a correct fit within the generator's enclosure system. This side door is the right choice for operators restoring a damaged or missing panel on their DCA-series ultra-silent unit.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to original enclosure panel specifications, ensuring proper alignment, hardware compatibility, and a flush fit within the generator housing.
- Direct Enclosure Replacement — Mounts directly to the existing frame and hinge points of the DCA85USJ2 and DCA150USJ2 generator enclosures with no modification to mounting hardware.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA85USJ2 and DCA150USJ2 ultra-silent diesel generator models.
- Enclosure Integrity — A correctly fitted side door maintains the acoustic dampening and weather protection that define the ultra-silent generator enclosure — a missing or damaged panel compromises both noise attenuation and component protection.
- Access and Security — Restores proper access to internal service points while keeping the enclosure sealed against the elements during operation and storage.
The side door is a structural panel of the generator's acoustic enclosure, designed to seal the interior components from weather, dust, and debris while contributing to the sound-dampening performance of the ultra-silent housing. On DCA-series generators, the enclosure is a critical part of the machine's noise-reduction system — even a single damaged or missing panel can significantly increase operational sound levels and expose internal components to the elements. Replacing a worn or damaged side door restores the enclosure to its intended condition and keeps the generator performing as designed.
