The Multiquip M5324300004 Hose is a genuine OEM hose designed for DCA250SSI, DCA250SSIU, and DCA250SSI-3 ultra-silent diesel generator sets. As a direct factory replacement, this hose meets the exact routing, diameter, and material specifications required for the DCA250SS series, ensuring a correct installation without guesswork. Sourced directly through authorized Multiquip distribution channels, M5324300004 is the part number your machine was built with. DHS Equipment stocks this component to keep your generator running at full operational capacity.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's original material and dimensional specifications, ensuring the hose handles the correct pressure rating and fluid compatibility for the DCA250SS series application.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Engineered to match the original routing path and connection points on the DCA250SSI, DCA250SSIU, and DCA250SSI-3, so installation follows the same procedure as the factory-fitted component.
- Confirmed Fitment for DCA250SS Series — Verified for use on DCA250SSI, DCA250SSIU, and DCA250SSI-3 ultra-silent diesel generator models.
- Maintains Fluid Integrity — A sound, properly fitted hose prevents leaks and pressure loss within the generator's fluid circuit, sustaining consistent engine and cooling system performance during extended operation.
- Fuel and Fluid System Safety — A cracked or deteriorated hose in a generator's fuel or cooling circuit creates a risk of fluid exposure and potential fire hazard; replacing it with the correct OEM part restores a sealed, safe system.
A hose in a diesel generator set carries fluid — whether coolant, fuel, or oil — between key system components such as the engine, radiator, fuel tank, or filtration circuit. When a hose degrades, cracks, or loses its seal at connection points, it can cause fluid loss, overheating, or fuel starvation, any of which can force an unplanned shutdown. Replacing a worn hose with the correct OEM component restores the integrity of that circuit and protects the downstream components it serves.
