The Multiquip M5424202403 Front Frame Door is a genuine OEM replacement designed for DCA300SSJU4F2 super-silent diesel generators. As a direct OEM component, it is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material specifications of the original part, ensuring a correct, secure fit within the enclosure frame. This part is confirmed for DCA300SSJU4F2 series units, including the 60Hz diesel-powered configuration.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the same material grade and dimensional tolerances as the original enclosure panel, maintaining the structural integrity of the generator housing.
- Direct Enclosure Replacement — Mounts directly to the existing front frame assembly on DCA300SSJU4F2 units with no cutting or modification to the enclosure structure.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA300SSJU4F2 super-silent generators, including the 60Hz diesel-powered variant.
- Acoustic Enclosure Integrity — A properly fitted front frame door maintains the sound-dampening performance of the super-silent enclosure, keeping noise output within rated levels.
- Weather and Site Protection — Restores full protection of internal generator components from dust, debris, and moisture ingress at the front access point of the enclosure.
The front frame door is a structural panel that forms part of the sound-attenuating enclosure surrounding the DCA300SSJU4F2 generator set. It seals the front access point of the enclosure, contributing to both the acoustic performance and environmental protection of the internal engine and alternator components. When this door is damaged, warped, or missing, the generator's noise output increases and internal components become exposed to contaminants that can accelerate wear or cause operational issues.
