Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Molded to the correct inside diameter, wall thickness, and bend geometry required by the DCA ultra-silent generator cooling circuit.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Designed to connect to the existing hose barbs and clamp positions without rerouting or adapting cooling lines.
- Broad DCA Series Compatibility — Fits DCA70SSJU4F, DCA150SSJU4F, and DCA220SSJU4F generators, including 60Hz variants.
- Cooling System Integrity — A correctly seated coolant hose maintains proper coolant flow to the engine, preventing overheating and protecting the generator under sustained load.
- Heat and Pressure Resistance — Built to withstand the operating temperatures and coolant pressures generated by diesel-powered generator engines in continuous-duty applications.
A coolant hose carries engine coolant between the engine block, radiator, and related cooling components, keeping the engine temperature within its safe operating range. When a hose cracks, swells, or develops a leak, coolant pressure drops and the engine is at risk of overheating — potentially causing costly damage to the generator's diesel power unit. Replacing a degraded hose promptly with the correct OEM part restores the sealed cooling circuit and keeps the generator running at full rated output.
