Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Genie's original specifications for Deutz diesel applications, delivering dimensional and material conformity that a correctly matched pump requires.
- Direct OEM Replacement — Replaces the original assembly on compatible machines without modification, fitting the existing mounting and fuel line connections as designed.
- Confirmed Fitment — Built for Genie S-series telescopic and Z-series articulating boom lifts, including the S-60, Z-60/34, and Z-45/22. Always verify against your serial number and parts manual.
- Consistent Fuel Delivery — A sound fuel pump assembly maintains steady flow to the Deutz diesel engine, supporting dependable starts and consistent power output during operation.
- Operational Safety — Proper fuel delivery is essential to engine and machine function on aerial boom lifts. An OEM-matched assembly helps ensure the engine responds correctly during elevated work.
A fuel pump assembly is responsible for drawing fuel from the tank and delivering it at the correct pressure and flow rate to the engine. On Deutz diesel-powered Genie boom lifts, a worn or failing pump can result in hard starts, rough running, loss of power, or complete engine shutdown — any of which can interrupt work at height. Replacing a degraded pump assembly with the correct OEM part restores proper fuel supply and keeps the engine operating within its intended parameters.
