The Genie 63414GT is a genuine OEM Lower Radiator Hose designed for the Genie Z-80/60 articulating boom lift. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose is manufactured to match the original specifications for diameter, length, and material, ensuring a correct fit without modification. Sourced directly through authorized Genie supply channels, part number 63414GT is the right choice when restoring the cooling system on your Z-80/60 to proper working order.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Made to original material and dimensional standards, delivering the same coolant-flow capacity and temperature resistance as the factory-installed hose.
- Exact-Match Replacement — Engineered to connect to the same fittings and routing path as the original, allowing a straightforward swap with no cutting or adapter fittings needed.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for the Genie Z-80/60 articulating boom lift; cross-reference 63414GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm applicability to your unit's serial range.
- Cooling System Integrity — A sound lower radiator hose maintains proper coolant circulation to the engine, preventing overheating that can force an unplanned shutdown at height.
- Operational Safety — Engine overheating on an aerial lift is a serious operational concern; replacing a cracked, soft, or weeping lower hose before failure keeps the machine running within safe thermal limits.
The lower radiator hose carries coolant from the bottom of the radiator back to the engine, completing the continuous circulation loop that pulls heat away from the engine block. Because it runs at lower pressure than some other cooling circuit components, deterioration can be gradual — internal collapse, exterior cracking, or softening from age can restrict flow long before a visible leak appears. Replacing a worn lower radiator hose with the correct OEM part, Genie 63414GT, restores full coolant circulation and protects the engine from heat-related damage during extended operation.
