Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Made to the same material grade and dimensional spec as the factory original, ensuring proper hose diameter, wall thickness, and coolant compatibility for GTH telehandlers.
- Direct OEM Replacement — Engineered to connect to the correct inlet and outlet ports without cutting, adapting, or rerouting, making installation straightforward.
- Broad GTH Telehandler Fitment — Designed for the GTH-636, GTH-644, GTH-844, and GTH-1048, covering a wide range of Genie telescopic handler configurations.
- Maintains Cooling System Integrity — A sound upper radiator hose keeps coolant flowing between the engine and radiator at the correct pressure, preventing overheating and unplanned downtime during demanding telehandler operations.
- OEM Part Number Assurance — Ordering by part number 7-158-72GT from an authorized source like DHS Equipment means you receive the exact component Genie specifies for your machine.
The upper radiator hose carries coolant from the engine to the radiator, where heat is dissipated before the cooled fluid cycles back through the engine. This hose operates under sustained heat and pressure, and over time the rubber can harden, crack, or collapse — any of which restricts coolant flow and puts the engine at risk of overheating. Replacing a deteriorated hose with the correct OEM part restores the cooling circuit to full function and protects the engine during heavy-duty telehandler work.
