Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to original Genie specifications, ensuring dimensional conformity and material grade match the factory-installed unit.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Designed as a drop-in replacement for the Z-80/60, aligning with existing mounting points and connections for a straightforward installation.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for the Genie Z-80/60 articulating boom lift; always confirm part number 63462GT against your parts manual before ordering.
- Cooling System Integrity — A properly functioning radiator keeps engine operating temperatures within the designed range, supporting consistent performance during extended operation. A failed or degraded unit can lead to overheating and unplanned machine downtime.
A radiator regulates engine temperature by dissipating heat from coolant that circulates through the engine block. When the radiator is cracked, corroded, or blocked, the engine cannot shed heat effectively, which can cause thermal shutdown or long-term engine damage. Replacing a worn unit with the correct OEM part — verified by part number 63462GT — restores proper thermal management and keeps the Z-80/60 operating within its designed parameters.
