The Genie 42766GT is a genuine OEM Diesel Fuel Filter Separator designed for the Z-34/22 IC and Z-34 IC articulating boom lifts. As a factory-original component, it is built to match the specifications Genie requires for proper fuel system performance on these machines. Cross-reference part number 42766GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm it is the correct item for your serial number and configuration before ordering.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Quality — Manufactured to Genie's exact material and dimensional standards, ensuring proper fit and function in the fuel circuit it serves.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to drop into the same mounting position as the original, with no rework or adaptation needed at installation.
- Confirmed Fitment — Built specifically for the Z-34/22 IC and Z-34 IC articulating boom lifts, so you order with confidence.
- Protects the Fuel Circuit — Separates water and contaminants from diesel fuel before they can reach downstream components, helping the engine run cleanly and consistently.
- Operational Safety — A functioning fuel filter separator is essential on aerial work platforms; contaminated fuel can cause unexpected power loss at height, making timely replacement a genuine safety matter.
A diesel fuel filter separator performs two jobs in one housing: it filters particulates from the fuel supply and removes water that can accumulate through condensation or contaminated fill. Water and debris in diesel fuel can disrupt combustion, accelerate wear on fuel system components, and cause erratic engine behavior. On an articulating boom lift like the Z-34/22 IC or Z-34 IC, where consistent engine power is critical to safe operation at elevation, replacing a clogged or saturated filter separator promptly keeps the machine running as intended.
