The Genie 58412GT is a genuine OEM GM 3.0 Spark Plug Wire Set built for Genie S-85 XC telescopic boom lifts and Z-80/60 articulating boom lifts. As a direct OEM replacement, this set is manufactured to the same specifications as the original, ensuring a correct fit and connection across all plug positions on the GM 3.0 engine. Cross-reference part number 58412GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm this is the right set for your unit before ordering.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Quality — Produced to original Genie specifications, this wire set delivers the correct insulation grade, conductor resistance, and terminal fit for the GM 3.0 engine — no guesswork on compatibility.
- Direct OEM Replacement — Each wire in the set routes and connects exactly as the original, making installation straightforward with no cutting, adapting, or modification.
- Confirmed Fitment — Fits Genie S-85 XC telescopic boom lifts and Z-80/60 articulating boom lifts equipped with the GM 3.0 engine.
- Consistent Ignition Performance — A sound spark plug wire set delivers a clean, strong spark to each cylinder. Degraded or cracked wires cause misfires, rough running, and hard starting — replacing the full set restores consistent engine performance.
- Operational Reliability — Boom lifts depend on a properly running engine to power all machine functions. Keeping the ignition system in good order with the correct OEM wire set supports the machine's dependable operation on the job.
A spark plug wire set carries the high-voltage electrical signal from the ignition system to each spark plug, firing the air-fuel mixture in every cylinder in the correct sequence. When wires crack, corrode, or develop internal breaks, the engine misfires, loses power, or refuses to start — symptoms that can be difficult to diagnose without first inspecting the ignition leads. Replacing a worn or damaged set with the correct GM 3.0 Spark Plug Wire Set restores the ignition circuit's integrity and returns the engine to full, reliable output.
