Genie 1267521GT Coolant Overflow Tank

The Genie 1267521GT Coolant Overflow Tank is a genuine OEM component designed for the RL4 Vertical Mast and RL4 LED Vertical Mast light towers. As a direct OEM replacement, this tank is built to match the original component exactly, ensuring a correct, hassle-free installation. Cross-reference part number 1267521GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm this is the right part for your unit before ordering.

Key Features

• Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Genie's original specifications for material grade and dimensional conformity, so the tank fits and functions as the factory-installed part did.
• Direct OEM Replacement — Replaces the original coolant overflow tank on the RL4 Vertical Mast and RL4 LED Vertical Mast with no rework or modification to the installation.
• Confirmed Fitment — Engineered specifically for the RL4 Vertical Mast and RL4 LED Vertical Mast light towers, keeping compatibility guesswork off the table.
• Coolant System Integrity — A sound overflow tank captures and returns coolant as the engine cycles through temperature changes, preventing fluid loss and protecting the power unit from overheating.
• Long-Term Reliability — Using a genuine Genie part rather than an ill-fitting substitute means the tank seats correctly and seals properly, reducing the risk of recurring leaks or premature failure.

The coolant overflow tank — sometimes called a coolant recovery or expansion tank — captures coolant that expands out of the radiator as the engine heats up and returns it to the cooling circuit once the engine cools down. This keeps the cooling system topped up and helps the engine maintain safe operating temperatures. A cracked, loose, or missing overflow tank allows coolant to escape rather than be recovered, which can lead to repeated low-coolant conditions and potential overheating of the power unit on the light tower.
