The Genie 27300GT Fuel Tank, 46 Gallon is a genuine OEM fuel tank designed for the Genie S-60 telescopic boom lift. Sourced directly from Genie, this tank meets the original design specifications for the S-60, ensuring a correct, direct replacement with no guesswork on fitment. If your machine's tank is cracked, leaking, or otherwise compromised, replacing it with the correct OEM part is the straightforward path to restoring your equipment to full operating condition.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Built to Genie's original material and dimensional specifications, so the tank walls, fittings, and mounting points match what came off the machine.
- Direct Replacement for the S-60 — Engineered specifically for the Genie S-60 telescopic boom lift, this tank drops into the existing mounting location without modification to brackets or fuel lines.
- 46-Gallon Capacity — Matches the original tank volume exactly, preserving the machine's full fuel range and runtime between refueling stops.
- Leak-Free Integrity — A sound fuel tank keeps the fuel system sealed and the machine running. A cracked or weeping tank creates a fuel loss issue and a serious site hazard that demands immediate attention.
- Operational Safety — Fuel containment is a genuine safety consideration on any powered aerial lift. Replacing a damaged tank with the correct OEM part restores the integrity of the fuel system and supports safe machine operation.
The fuel tank stores the machine's fuel supply and feeds it to the engine that powers all drive, lift, and boom functions on the S-60. A tank in good condition keeps fuel contained and free of contamination; a cracked, corroded, or damaged tank can result in fuel loss, engine starvation, and a site safety concern. Replacing a failed tank promptly with part number 27300GT — confirmed against your S-60 parts manual before ordering — is the correct course of action to return the machine to service.
