The Genie 1283165GT is a genuine OEM RL4 LED Gas Tank built for the RL4 LED Vertical Mast light tower. As a direct OEM part, it is manufactured to the same specifications as the original component, ensuring a correct fit without modification. This tank is the exact replacement called out in the Genie parts manual for this unit — cross-reference part number 1283165GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm it is the right item for your serial number before ordering.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Quality — Manufactured to original Genie specifications, delivering the dimensional conformity and material grade required for a correct, lasting installation on the RL4 LED Vertical Mast.
- Direct OEM Replacement — Designed as a drop-in replacement for the original tank on the RL4 LED Vertical Mast, fitting existing mounting points and connections without adaptation.
- Correct OEM Part Number — Part number 1283165GT is the Genie-specified tank for this application; ordering by this number eliminates the guesswork of cross-referencing non-OEM alternatives.
- Fuel Supply Integrity — A sound, undamaged tank keeps fuel contained and the generator engine supplied consistently, supporting uninterrupted lighting output on the jobsite.
- Supports Operational Reliability — A cracked, leaking, or failed tank interrupts engine operation entirely; replacing it with the correct OEM part restores the light tower to full working order.
The gas tank stores the fuel supply for the engine that powers the RL4 LED Vertical Mast light tower. It feeds the engine consistently to keep the generator running and the LED lighting array operational. A tank that is cracked, corroded, or leaking cannot maintain an adequate fuel supply, causing the engine to run poorly or fail to start — replacing it promptly with the correct OEM component restores full lighting capability.
