Wacker Neuson 2005305 Centrifugal Clutch

If your machine isn’t engaging or lacks power, the likely suspect is the clutch. This could be the clutch itself, but before replacing the clutch, you may want to check the drive belt and confirm it isn’t worn or torn. Another quick check is to confirm you don’t hear any squealing from the bearings when the machine is at full RPMs. When the machine is running at full RPMs, the bearings begin to heat up and may bind, causing the clutch to lock up and burn the drive belt up. If these have been checked and confirmed working, check the clutch itself for worn shoes or springs to confirm if the clutch is not properly engaging or is engaging prematurely. As with most clutches, we sell the clutch springs and shoes individually, but if you want a simple bolt-on-and-go option, this complete clutch would do the job. You will also want to confirm the bore of your engine, as Wacker Neuson mainly used two styles of engine shafts: a 20mm and a 3/4" shaft. This is for a 3/4" shaft engine.
