It is confirmed compatible with E3000 Ground Heater models and is the same part supplied through Wacker Neuson's authorized dealer network.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Wacker Neuson's original material and dimensional standards, ensuring the cover seats and fastens exactly as the original did.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Engineered to align with the existing mounting points on the E3000 Ground Heater, so installation is straightforward and clean.
- Confirmed E3000 Fitment — Verified for the E3000 Ground Heater 6kW Generator LB TC and E3000 Ground Heater 6kW Generator LB models.
- Protective Integrity — A correctly fitted cover shields internal components from moisture, debris, and jobsite exposure — keeping the heater's internal assemblies functioning as intended through demanding ground-thawing applications.
- Authorized OEM Sourcing — Carrying Wacker Neuson's genuine part number 5100042970 confirms you are installing the same component that left the factory, not an approximation.
The cover on the E3000 Ground Heater serves as a protective enclosure for key internal components, guarding them against physical damage, water ingress, and debris accumulation during operation and transport. In ground-heating and concrete curing applications, the heater is routinely deployed in exposed outdoor environments where a damaged or missing cover can accelerate wear on the components it shields. Replacing a cracked, broken, or missing cover promptly preserves the integrity of the assembly beneath it and keeps the unit operating safely through the full heating cycle.
