The Wacker Neuson Wire Latch Strike is a genuine OEM component designed for the G-Series mobile generators and LTW light tower product lines. As a direct factory replacement, part is sourced to the same specifications as the original hardware installed at the time of manufacture. This latch strike fits an extensive range of configurations across the G25, G50, G70, G100, G120, G150, G180, G230, G240, and G320 generator series, as well as LTW6K, LTW8K, and LTW20Z light towers — covering standard, cold weather, custom, and extended run variants.

The wire latch strike is the fixed receiver that a rotary or draw latch hooks into to secure an enclosure panel or access door in the closed position. On mobile generators and light towers, enclosure doors protect critical engine, alternator, and electrical components from weather, dust, and physical contact. When a latch strike becomes bent, worn, or broken, the door can no longer latch securely, leaving internal components exposed to the elements and creating a potential safety hazard around energized equipment. Replacing a damaged strike restores the door's ability to close and stay closed reliably through the vibration and movement of normal operation.
