The Wacker Neuson is a genuine OEM Battery Hold Down Bracket designed for Wacker Neuson G-series portable generators and LTW light towers, including the G25, G50, G70, G100, G120, G130, G150, G180, G230, and LTW6K, LTW8K, LTW20Z1, and LTW20Z3 series. As a direct OEM replacement, the is manufactured to the same specifications as the original component installed at the factory. Fitment spans a wide range of skid-mounted, cold weather, extended run, and custom-configured units across these families. Confirming your machine's model number before ordering is always recommended given the breadth of configurations covered.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction: — Stamped and formed to the exact profile of the original bracket, ensuring the battery seats and clamps correctly without gaps or play.
- Broad Generator and Light Tower Coverage: — Compatible with G25 through G230 skid-mounted generator series and LTW6K, LTW8K, LTW20Z1, and LTW20Z3 light tower families across standard, cold weather, extended run, and custom configurations.
- Secure Battery Retention: — Holds the battery firmly in its tray, preventing movement and vibration-induced terminal wear during transport and operation of the generator or light tower.
- Direct Bolt-In Replacement: — Matches the original mounting hole pattern and bracket geometry, dropping into place with the existing hardware.
- Protects Electrical Integrity: — A correctly secured battery prevents intermittent power loss, terminal corrosion from movement, and potential short-circuit conditions in the generator's electrical system.
The Battery Hold Down Bracket clamps the battery securely inside its tray, preventing it from shifting under the vibration and load changes typical of generator and light tower operation. Without a properly functioning hold-down, the battery can move enough to loosen terminals, accelerate corrosion, and cause unreliable starting or electrical faults. Replacing a bent, cracked, or missing bracket restores full battery retention and protects the broader electrical system from damage caused by an unsecured battery.
