The Wacker Neuson Rectifier Kit is a genuine OEM Rectifier Kit designed for the G14 Standard T4 generator. Sourced directly from Wacker Neuson, this kit delivers the exact electrical specifications required to restore proper charging and output performance to your machine. It is the correct OEM replacement for the G14 (Standard T4) generator, ensuring a direct, hassle-free installation with no guesswork on fitment.
Key Features
- OEM-Correct Electrical Output: — Matches the original rectifier's voltage and current ratings, so your generator's AC-to-DC conversion stays within spec after the repair.
- Complete Kit Format: — Includes all rectifier components needed for a full replacement, so you have everything on hand before you start the job.
- Direct Fit for G14 Standard T4: — Engineered specifically for the Wacker Neuson G14 Standard T4 generator, with the correct connector and mounting configuration for a straightforward swap.
- Restored Power Stability: — A failed rectifier causes erratic or no DC output, which can damage connected equipment and battery systems; this kit brings output back to proper operating levels.
- Electrical Safety Compliance: — As a genuine OEM component, this rectifier kit meets the original design tolerances for thermal and load management, reducing the risk of overheating or electrical faults in the charging circuit.
The rectifier in a generator is responsible for converting the alternating current (AC) produced by the alternator into direct current (DC) used to charge the battery and power low-voltage electrical systems. When the rectifier fails, the battery will not charge, warning lights may appear, and the generator's electrical output can become unstable or drop out entirely. Replacing a worn or failed rectifier with the correct kit restores full charging function and protects the rest of the electrical system from the downstream effects of unregulated current.
