The Wacker Neuson 5100021159 is a genuine OEM Rear Panel designed for the G50, G60, and G70 series portable generators. As a direct factory replacement, this panel restores the structural integrity and weather protection of the generator enclosure across a wide range of G-series configurations, including standard, cold weather, extended run, custom, and 600V variants. Wacker Neuson genuine OEM parts are manufactured to the same specifications as the original components installed at the factory, ensuring a correct, trouble-free fit with no improvised modifications. Whether you are servicing a skid-mounted G70 or a G50 mobile generator, part number 5100021159 is the verified replacement for this position in the enclosure.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Panel Construction — Manufactured to the same material and dimensional specifications as the original enclosure panel, maintaining the structural rigidity and weather resistance the G-series enclosure was engineered to deliver.
- Direct Bolt-On Replacement — Matches original mounting hole patterns and panel geometry on G50, G60, and G70 generator frames, so reinstallation follows the same procedure as the factory assembly.
- Broad G-Series Fitment — Compatible across an extensive range of G50, G60, and G70 configurations, including standard, cold weather, extended run, custom, skid-mounted, and 600V switchable models spanning multiple Tier emissions levels.
- Enclosure Integrity Restored — A damaged or missing rear panel exposes internal generator components to moisture, debris, and physical contact hazards. Replacing it promptly keeps the enclosure sealed and the generator protected during operation and transport.
- Electrical Safety Compliance — The rear panel is part of the generator's protective enclosure. Maintaining a complete, undamaged enclosure is essential for safe operation around personnel and helps meet site electrical safety requirements for covered generator use.
The rear panel is a structural enclosure component that forms the back face of the generator housing on Wacker Neuson G-series portable generators. It shields internal components — including the alternator, engine, and electrical systems — from rain, dust, and physical impact during operation and transport. When the rear panel is cracked, bent, or missing, the generator's internal systems are left exposed to environmental damage and personnel contact risks, which can lead to premature component wear, electrical faults, or safety hazards on the worksite.
