The Wacker Neuson Rectifier is a genuine OEM component designed for the HHS702 and HHS700M Hose Handling Systems. Sourced directly from Wacker Neuson, this rectifier meets the exact electrical specifications required to keep your hose handling system operating at full capacity. It is a direct-fit replacement for the original unit, confirmed compatible with both the HHS702 Hose Handling System and the HHS700M Hose Handling System.
Key Features
- Correct Output Specification: — Manufactured to the exact voltage and current rating required by the HHS702 and HHS700M electrical systems, ensuring stable, consistent DC conversion.
- Genuine OEM Quality: — Produced by Wacker Neuson to the same standard as the original factory component, so there are no concerns about compatibility or performance variance.
- Direct-Fit Replacement: — Designed to install in the same position as the original rectifier with matching connectors and mounting configuration, streamlining the repair process.
- Verified Fitment: — Confirmed for use on the HHS702 Hose Handling System and HHS700M Hose Handling System — check your model number before ordering to ensure accuracy.
- Protects Downstream Electrical Components: — A properly functioning rectifier delivers clean, regulated DC power; a failed unit can cause erratic operation or damage to other electrical components in the system.
- Electrical System Safety: — Using the correct OEM-specified rectifier reduces the risk of overvoltage or improper current flow that could create unsafe operating conditions or premature component failure.
A rectifier converts AC voltage into the DC power that the hose handling system's electrical components rely on to function. It acts as a one-way gate for electrical current, smoothing out the signal so sensitive controls and motors receive a steady, usable power supply. When a rectifier fails, the system may behave erratically, lose power intermittently, or stop responding to controls altogether — making prompt replacement essential to restoring full operation.
