The Honda 17511-V10-800 Fuel Tank is a genuine OEM replacement designed for HS520 and HS720 single-stage snow blowers. As a direct Honda OEM part, it is manufactured to the same specifications as the original component installed at the factory, ensuring correct fit and function right out of the box. This fuel tank is the right choice for owners restoring a cracked, leaking, or damaged tank on their HS520 or HS720 snow blower. Verify your unit's serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda supersedes parts at specific serial breaks.
Key Features
- Genuine Honda OEM Part — sourced directly from Honda, this fuel tank matches the original in geometry and capacity, so it drops into place without modification.
- Correct Fitment for HS520 and HS720 — built specifically for Honda's single-stage snow blowers; check your serial number against the fitment table to confirm the right part for your unit.
- Restores Full Fuel Capacity — a cracked or leaking tank starves the engine of fuel and creates a fire risk; replacing it with this OEM tank returns the snow blower to full, uninterrupted operation.
- Serial Number Matters — Honda issues part updates at production breaks, so confirming your serial number ensures this is the correct tank revision for your machine.
The fuel tank stores the gasoline supply that feeds the engine on your Honda snow blower. It holds a measured volume of fuel and delivers it to the carburetor through a petcock and fuel line, keeping the engine running through the full clearing pass. When the tank cracks, warps, or develops a leak — whether from age, impact, or deteriorated plastic — fuel delivery becomes unreliable and the risk of a fuel leak increases. Replacing a damaged tank with a proper OEM unit restores the integrity of the fuel system and gets the snow blower ready for the next storm.
