The Honda 47100-763-A02ZA Parking Brake Lever Assembly (Orange) is a genuine OEM component designed for H3011 and H3013 riding mowers. As a direct Honda OEM replacement, this assembly is manufactured to the same specifications as the original part it replaces, ensuring a correct fit in the brake system of your mower. The Orange color designation is integral to the part identification — confirm this matches the lever on your unit before ordering, and verify your machine's serial number against the fitment table to ensure compatibility with your specific build.
Key Features
- Genuine Honda OEM — sourced directly from Honda, this assembly matches the original lever in geometry, color, and actuation travel, so the parking brake engages and releases as it did from the factory.
- Color-Specific Variant — the Orange designation identifies this as a specific lever variant; match it to the color of the lever on your H3011 or H3013 to confirm you are ordering the correct assembly.
- Fits H3011 and H3013 Riding Mowers — designed for Honda H3011 and H3013 riding mowers; check your machine's serial number against the compatibility table before ordering.
- Parking Brake Integrity — a worn or damaged parking brake lever compromises the mower's ability to hold position on slopes and during blade engagement; replacing it with the correct OEM assembly restores proper brake function.
The parking brake lever assembly is the operator-facing control that applies and holds the parking brake on the riding mower. When the lever is actuated, it mechanically engages the braking system to prevent the mower from rolling when parked or when the operator leaves the seat. A cracked, broken, or incorrectly fitted lever can prevent the brake from fully engaging or releasing, creating an unsafe operating condition and making the mower unreliable to park on any incline.
