The Honda 81108-758-000 Right Seat Hinge (Upper) is a genuine OEM replacement designed for H4013, H4514, and H4518 lawn tractors. As a direct Honda OEM component, this hinge is manufactured to the exact specifications of the original part, ensuring a correct fit without guesswork or adaptation. This part is built for H-series lawn tractors and confirms compatibility across all three models — verify your tractor's serial number against the fitment table to ensure you're selecting the right revision for your unit.
Key Features
- Genuine Honda OEM Construction — manufactured to the original specification for the Right Seat Hinge (Upper), so the seat operates exactly as Honda intended on your H-series lawn tractor.
- Correct Upper Hinge Position — this is the upper hinge of the right seat assembly; confirm you need the upper hinge rather than the lower before ordering, as the two are separate parts.
- Fits H4013, H4514, and H4518 Lawn Tractors — designed specifically for these Honda H-series models; check your serial number against the fitment table, as Honda supersedes parts at serial breaks.
- Restores Proper Seat Function — a damaged or worn seat hinge can cause the seat to sit unevenly or fail to pivot correctly; replacing it with this OEM hinge restores smooth, secure seat movement.
The seat hinge connects the seat assembly to the tractor's frame, allowing the seat to pivot or be raised for access to components beneath it. The upper hinge specifically bears the load and guides the arc of movement each time the seat is opened or repositioned. When this hinge cracks, bends, or loses its original geometry, the seat may not close flush, may wobble during operation, or may resist opening altogether — conditions that affect both comfort and safe access to the tractor.
