The Honda 90091-ZB5-701 Bolt-Washer (5X180) is a genuine OEM fastener designed for EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators. As a direct Honda OEM component, this part is manufactured to the same specifications as the original hardware installed at the factory. Confirm your generator's serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda supersedes hardware at serial breaks across RV generator production runs.
Key Features
- Integrated Fastener Design — combines bolt and washer in a single captive unit, eliminating the need for a separate washer and ensuring consistent clamping load on every installation
- Genuine Honda OEM — sourced directly from Honda, this hardware carries the correct thread specification and shank length for the EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators
- Serial Number Verification Recommended — Honda updates hardware specifications across production runs, so confirming your unit's serial number against the compatibility table ensures you receive the right part
A bolt-washer is a fastener that combines a threaded bolt with a permanently attached washer flange at its head. The integrated washer distributes clamping load over a wider surface area than a bolt alone, helping maintain a secure joint even under vibration — a common operating condition in RV generator applications. When this fastener is worn, stripped, or missing, the joint it secures loses clamping force and the assembled components may shift or work loose during operation.
