The Honda 91425-Z5Y-802 Fuel Tube (5.3X100) is a genuine OEM component designed for GCV520, GCV530, GXV520, and GXV530 vertical shaft engines. As a direct Honda OEM part, it is manufactured to the exact dimensions and specifications of the original, ensuring a proper fit within the fuel delivery path of these engines. Confirm your engine's serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda supersedes parts at serial breaks and this listing covers multiple production ranges.
Key Features
- OEM Fuel Line Integrity — manufactured by Honda to the exact 5.3 mm inner diameter and 100 mm length of the original, maintaining consistent fuel flow to the carburetor without the risk of mismatched sizing
- Direct OEM Replacement — replaces the original fuel tube on GCV520, GCV530, GXV520, and GXV530 vertical shaft engines using part number 91425-Z5Y-802 with no trimming or adapting required
- Serial Number Verification Recommended — Honda updates fuel system components at production breaks; check your engine's serial number against the compatibility table to confirm this is the correct tube for your unit
- Restored Fuel Delivery — a cracked, hardened, or deteriorated fuel tube restricts or interrupts fuel flow, causing hard starts, lean running, or engine shutoff; replacing it with this OEM tube restores normal fuel delivery
The fuel tube carries gasoline from the fuel tank to the carburetor inlet, maintaining a steady, sealed flow of fuel for proper engine operation. Because it is exposed to fuel, heat cycles, and the vibration of a running engine, the tube can harden, crack, or soften over time, leading to fuel leaks or a disrupted supply that causes poor running or a no-start condition. Replacing a worn or damaged tube with a correctly sized OEM part, such as this 5.3 mm by 100 mm unit, is a straightforward step that restores the fuel system to its original operating condition.
