The Honda 91425-Z5Y-812 Fuel Tube (5.3X350) is a genuine OEM replacement designed for GCV520, GCV530, GXV520, and GXV530 vertical shaft engines. As a direct Honda OEM component, this fuel tube is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material grade required for these engines, ensuring a proper connection within the fuel delivery path. Confirm your engine's serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda supersedes parts at specific serial breaks across these vertical shaft engine families.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Fuel Line — sourced directly from Honda, this tube meets the exact inner diameter, wall thickness, and length (5.3 x 350) specified for the fuel system on these vertical shaft engines
- Exact-Fit Replacement — engineered to replace the original tube without cutting or modification, maintaining consistent fuel flow from tank to carburetor
- Broad Vertical Shaft Coverage — listed for GCV520, GCV530, GXV520, and GXV530 engines; verify your serial number against the fitment table to confirm the correct application
- Fuel Delivery Integrity — a cracked, hardened, or deteriorated fuel tube causes fuel starvation, rough running, or fuel leaks; replacing it with this OEM part restores a clean, consistent fuel supply
The fuel tube carries gasoline from the fuel tank to the carburetor, maintaining a sealed, unobstructed flow path that the engine depends on for consistent fueling at all throttle positions. Over time, the tube can harden, crack, or develop pinhole leaks due to prolonged exposure to fuel and heat, leading to air ingestion, fuel starvation, or external leakage. Replacing a worn tube with the correct OEM part — matched to the right length and inner diameter — restores the integrity of the fuel system and keeps the engine running cleanly.
