Honda 95005-12001-20M Vacuum Bulk Hose (12X1000)

The Honda 95005-12001-20M Vacuum Bulk Hose (12X1000) is a genuine OEM Vacuum Bulk Hose designed for BF115, BF135, and BF150 outboard motors. As a direct Honda OEM part, it is manufactured to the same specifications as the original hose it replaces, ensuring a correct fit within the outboard's vacuum circuit. Confirm the part number 95005-12001-20M against your motor's parts diagram before ordering, as Honda's outboard line spans multiple serial ranges that may use different components.

Key Features

• Genuine OEM Construction — sourced directly from Honda, this hose meets the dimensional and material requirements of the original vacuum routing in BF115, BF135, and BF150 outboard motors
• Bulk-Length Format — supplied in a 12 mm × 1000 mm length, allowing the technician to cut the hose to the exact run required for the repair or replacement job
• Broad BF Outboard Coverage — listed for the BF115, BF135, and BF150 outboard motors; verify your motor's serial number against the fitment table to confirm the correct part for your specific unit
• Vacuum Integrity Matters — a cracked, kinked, or deteriorated vacuum hose can disrupt the vacuum-dependent systems on the outboard, leading to erratic operation; replacing it with the correct OEM hose restores proper circuit function

Vacuum hose on a four-stroke outboard motor routes low-pressure vacuum signals between components such as fuel system controls, diaphragm-operated valves, and other vacuum-actuated circuits. When this hose cracks, hardens, or collapses with age and exposure to the marine environment, the vacuum signal is lost or reduced, causing the systems it serves to operate poorly or not at all. Replacing a deteriorated hose with the correct OEM piece restores the integrity of the circuit and returns those systems to normal function.
