Honda 95005-12001-30M Bulk Vacuum Hose (12X1000)

The Honda 95005-12001-30M Bulk Vacuum Hose (12X1000) is a genuine OEM replacement designed for EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators. As a direct Honda OEM part, this vacuum hose is manufactured to the exact dimensions and specifications required for proper fit and function in these units. Sourced straight from Honda's parts catalog, it is the same hose supplied in original production, ensuring a correct, hassle-free installation. Always confirm your generator's serial number against the fitment table before ordering to ensure this is the right part for your unit.

Key Features

• Genuine Honda OEM Construction — manufactured to Honda's original production specifications, ensuring the hose material, inside diameter, and wall thickness match what left the factory on your RV generator.
• Bulk Length Format — supplied as a 12 x 1000 mm length, giving technicians the flexibility to cut and route the hose to the exact requirements of the application.
• Confirmed Fitment — listed for the EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators; cross-reference your serial number against the fitment table to confirm the correct application for your unit.
• Maintains Vacuum Circuit Integrity — a hose that has cracked, hardened, or collapsed disrupts vacuum routing and can cause erratic generator performance; replacing it with this OEM part restores proper circuit function.

Vacuum hose in an RV generator routes negative pressure between components that rely on a sealed vacuum signal to operate correctly — such as fuel management or control functions. Over time, the hose can harden, crack, or develop leaks from heat exposure and age, breaking the vacuum signal and causing the generator to run poorly or behave erratically. Replacing a worn hose with the correct Honda OEM part restores the integrity of the vacuum circuit and returns the generator to normal operation.
